Artist Residence hotels have become synonymous with stylish weekend getaways and carefully curated interiors, happily including many of the Pure White Lines lighting range.
Founded in 2008 in Brighton, Artist Residence have since gone on to open a further three hotels (London, Penzance and Oxfordshire) and will soon open a fifth in Bristol. Each hotel has a slightly different vibe but what they all have in common is their eclectic mix of contemporary art and vintage design.
When designing their third hotel in Pimlico in 2014, founders Justin Salisbury and Charlotte Newey spent many hours sourcing pieces from our stockists The Old Cinema. Since that time we have gone on to produce lighting for the Artist Residence London Grand Suite and for the Oxfordshire hotel Barn Suite.
The London Grand Suite features several of our globe lanterns which are replicas of Victorian pendants. The Barn Suite in rural Oxfordshire features our Italian Leaf Lanterns, replicas of antique Italian designs they are made from solid brass with a beautiful, aged finish.
Our Green Amazon Armchairs can also be found in the Pimlico restaurant.
